So I ordered a pair of black alpha tri traps that were delivered last week. Sadly they were damaged in shipping, one had a dent in the top and the other part of the scatter plate broke off. 5 minute phone call, 30 seconds to email two photos and my new ones shipped today. They dealt with FedEx and everything, I have never had a better customer service experience. Didn't need to follow up or do anything on my end and I just got an email that new ones shipped. Christine is the best, I would never dream of going anywhere else when ordering this sort of thing. Aside from the damage that was 100% not GIK's fault, the craftsmanship was top notch. Very excited to get the new replacements.
