Hi Doc,

I have. We had our annual mining convention in Reno the first week of December and then 2 days later I took a REAL vacation and spent 7 days on the Big Island. Very relaxing. Nice to get back to vinyl after two weeks of the iPod.

The first 7 Moody Blues albums are really good IMHO.

The Bliss Band "Dinner With Raoul" 1978 CBS Record LP

Kinda' like listening to another version of Steely Dan / Doobies. Produced by Jeff "Skunk" Baxter with the appearance of Michael McDonald.

An interesting write-up and comparison to Steely Dan here: http://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/the_bliss_band/dinner_with_raoul/

Elvis Costello   ‎– My Aim Is True

Now that takes me back to high school!  It was the sound track to my senior year (at least part of the sound track).
