Odyssey Lorelei speakers with upgraded (Kismet) crossovers

I have a pair of the Lorelei speakers.  Is there any benefit to replacing the drivers with the new ScanSpeak drivers (D2905-9700 and 18W/8545-01)?

I have the same set up and would be interested in opinions if this can be done.

Can be done,  but it would be a step backwards
