Great, hi efficiency speakers are the way to go to listen to the small details of music, spending few money in a low watt amp.

Welcome

Was intrigued by the low wattage amp concept and sound for years but as a speaker guy could never find speakers I was happy with.  Seems like most of that crowd delude themselves into believing deep bass doesn't/shouldn't exist in order to make the concept palatable.  I ended up with floor-standing 90 dB/w/m single driver speakers rated to 25 Hz and took them to a small audiofest (where the Hawthorne speakers were publicly introduced) and the others were gobsmacked/perplexed by the deep bass they were hearing (or not hearing depending on the amps used).

I'm still a fan of KISS and smaller the better (where the laws of physics allow).

Alnico has stronger bass than Ferrite.

Where did that comment come from?

Don't know about "stronger", probably depends on the formulation used.  But many find AlNiCo to provide a richer, warmer, and more musical sound.  OTOH some report that AlNiCo magnets lose "strength" (flux density) over time.

Some kind of Alnico yes other no, there many types of ''Alnico''.

Alnico woofers and FR usually had more some SPL in the bass, are deeper also.
See AudioNirvana freq. Charts from the Alnico and Ferrite FR.
