1. Erykah Badu - Live
2. Peter Gabriel Live
Pink Floyd - Pulse
I grabbed up Led Zeppelin's "How the West Was Won" for $2
Yeah I like those too. :)

Also try Rodrigo y Gabriela, Live Manchester and Dublin.

For SQ, Pink Floyd and Rodrigo y Gabriela are my favourites (on better systems than my own too).

Plus, for Pulse, I was in that '94 crowd.  :green:

Amen on this one....as van would say "you dont need a witness to see" or in this case HEAR

note the string arrangements here as they are totally complimentary instead of pompous

A little embarrassed that I overlooked this one... an incredible reunion show for one of the seminal bands of my Minnesota youth.

Just a note that the Corn Sisters are Nico Case and Carolyn Mark who is a greatly under appreciated Canadian singer

Here are some of them of the top of my head.

1. Marcia Ball Live Down The Road (New Orleans Music at it's best)
2. BB King Live AT The Regal (Perhaps the best Blues album ever recorded)
3. Corn Sisters (Neko Case and Kelly Hogan) The soundstage can be spooky real.
4. Junior Wells Live At Theresa's (Best live recording of Chicago Blues)
I stand corrected, does Carolyn Mark have any solo Cd's that you can recommend?

I love this thread and will certianly post more tonight. Just for something that has not been mentioned though:

Miles Davis - The Cellar Door Sessions 1970

These mythical, Washington, DC December dates, released for the first in this impressive six-CD compilation, are an extension of Miles Davis's fusion LP, Live-Evil. The crew includes: keyboardist Keith Jarrett, drummer Jack DeJohnette, bassist Michael Henderson , percussionist Airto Moreira, saxophonist Gary Bartz, and guitarist John McLaughlin (featured only on some of the nights).
