As usual a hell of a lot better than most every other room.  However this year not quite a good as the best, but due to the room with the speakers this year.  There was a horrible mother*%*$ing room node around 63hz and then a null around 125hz.  We tried every thing to get rid of it, including stuffing wash clothes in the ports to tame the bass.   All in all I wouldn't ever feel I missing on anything comparing Odyssey to any of the other manufactures there, and quite frankly they sounded better than all the OMG priced rooms I went into.

I was in Klaus' Odyssey room twice and he was very gracious, playing whatever people requested.  Had to be one of the best bang for the buck rooms at the show.  Didn't much care for the light show however...

On Saturday when I visited his room, Klaus played Neil Young Live at Massey Hall on Vinyl....although he was using a different phono stage than the Odyssey phono stage, the imaging was amazing.....really a pleasure to sit in the sweet spot chair and listen.....as always one of the best bangs for the buck in Hi-end IMO....

I'm using all Odyssey setup including the new Kismets, I do NOT get any boom at all. I did not stuff any clothes or foam or any sort of things in the ports. Maple butcher blocks underneath takes 99% of the boom away.

Those Odyssey racks make me drool.

At times I think Klaus never sleeps... He just continues devising/upgrading gear to keep other vendors up at night worrying.

 This goes back quite a few years but I used to go to the Montreal Show and visited the Odyssey room  a number of times.

 I realize that show conditions are not the best for all the exhibitors  but   the Odyssey room  made me realize that the price of a system  was often not connected to the sound quality received.  It was a real learning experience that I never forgot.
