[Distortions]

Hi all,

I purchased a pair of Vandersteen 3A Signature speakers a few months ago, but I do not have an amplifier which is capable of driving them. I would like to obtain an integrated amp capable of driving them which also has a phono section and a headphone jack. I would really like to find a McIntosh MA6400 or MA6800 integrated amp. My budget is ~$1500, give or take a couple hundred. Any advice or leads would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Either of those would be great at powering the 3A signatures.  I would hold out till you can find the 6800.  If you are anything like me you will be asking yourself everyday... would the extra 50 watts per channel have made a difference.
