Excellent condition with well under 100 hours of use. Used on a VPI Classic 1 at 1.9g. Cleaned after each session with an Onzo Zerodust. No issues at all ... I used it while my Ortofon Rondo Bronze was being re-tipped. Sounds great!  Comes with original packaging, all paperwork and the long screws and nuts that you need to accommodate the wide body.
