John Mayall - Empty Rooms (acoustic with no drums; and skipping track 3 is a must)

Robert Lighthouse - Drive-Thru Love
Excellent live recordings, some solo, some with a band.

John Mayall Blues Breakers with Eric Clapton - Deluxe Edition (2-CDs)

Disc 1: Original release mono tracks 1 -12; same songs stereo tracks 13 - 24.
Fantastic! Excellent sound, and the music is awesome, of course. It is fun listening to both mono and stereo versions.

Disc 2: 19 tracks of terrific recordings music (IMO) from same time-frame.

Edit: Ugh! :duh: Disc 2 tracks 14-19, though good music, are so horribly recorded I'll not listen to them ever again. Ugh.

This one comes highly recommended. I had a small problem with the first download I bought, turns out it was entirely my own fault, but head engineer Frans de Rond responded within hours of my complain with a we transfer file. When I realized that the problem I initially had was non existent, I decided that this little company deserved a good write up. It is not often one gets this kind of service.
Carmen Gomes inc. ''Torn"
The two Robert Johnson covers  proves what great songs they are and that you do not have to shout to tell the story of a Robert Johnson song.
The title song Torn is heartbreaking,
and the audio fidelity of this Hi-Res download is of the highest order. Check the sound of the double bass on the introduction to '' Let's go get Stoned'' and the sound of the guitar in ''Train Song''. This is what I call audiophile.

The new DXD recording, Carmen Sings the Blues, available in Flac and DSD downloads, has been recorded live in front of a studio audience and is incredible. The sound is very real, very natural.  Highly recommended.
