Hi,
what is the usual response time of Bryston's US Service center in Vermont?
I sent a message through the contact form on
www.bryston.com last weekend and since I didn't receive a response within 48 hrs, I sent an e-mail to usaser@bryston.ca on Wednesday.
Until now, I have not received any response.
Is that normal? Does the contact form on Bryston's website work? Did I use the correct e-mail address on my second attempt?
I wanted to get a Return Mail Authorization number (RMA) for my SP-1.7...
because my SP-1.7 has a defective display and therefore it needs service. Fortunately, the SP-1.7 was one of the last digital components to carry the original 20yr warranty.
It was also manufactured before the "warranty only valid with original invoice (copy)" clause was introduced.
Do I actually need a RMA number or would you just send the unit to Vermont?
Thanks!
Markus
