I'm the Chef at a Restaurant in Luverne, MN called Sterlings.  We're a little town in the eastern part of the state, right across the border from Sioux Falls.  It's a fun little restaurant, anyone in the area should check us out. :)

 Hi Guys:

Right now busy cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey is on the barbecue. Should be done in about 2.5 more hours. Salad is made.
Have to do Sweet pots. and Green beans later. Made dessert yesterday. Angela Pia. UUUUMMMM GOOD!!!
Got the recipe from Pietro's  in S.F. many years ago. Maybe 50 years ago.

                                                  Happy Thanksgiving to all.

The presentation is "on point", I think every one of those would make my "cheek jets" go full throttle when placed in front of me.
Well done Sir, very nice!  :thumb:

It's just my wife & I, we didn't feel like a massive traditional meal. So I cooked a three course dinner from Yotam Ottolinghi's "Jerusalem" coolkbook; turkey and zuchinni burgers with yogurt-sour cream cumin sauce, swiss chard with buttered pine nuts and tahini dressing, and baked potato latke's.
