Hi All,
I don't want to forego Dynamic EQ in my Marantz AV8801, and this requires the signal to be digitized. Currently I'm bitstreaming from the PS3 and letting the Marantz do the decoding. The analog XLR inputs on the Marantz do allow a re-digitization, so I could apply DEQ.
So, would a fully Mod'd 105 into the analog XLRs and redigitized sound any better than what I currently do, letting the Marantz do the decoding?
