Hello frends, it's me again!!
I have a Well Tempered classic, with Cardas re wired, steel arm, with a Marigo, brass arm clamp, for the arm cup!!
I bought, a Well Tempered Reference, that has never been used, I have not recieved it yet, as it is been sen't, from europe, as last stock from "pear audio"!!, I was listning, to a album, that I know so well, and thought Wow why did I purchase the reference, as the music, was spot on. Will the Rererence, be better, than my modify classic??
Any thought"s, when it arrives, what shall I do??, unpack it and set up, or sell it??, I't took me a long time to set up the classic, to perfection!!
What do you people think!!

The Classic and the Reference are still great turntables. I have a Signature in my collection. But IMHO, the new designed Well Tempered Lab turntables are just better.

If you need an upgrade, you should consider the new models.

If it were me, knowing what I know now- which isn't much- I would sell them both and get an Amadeus. No matter what you do to those two you won't achieve the same degree of musicality. ( I had both)
