Any opinions on which is a better route. Upgrading my RM-5 or getting a new C4?
Some of the things that attract me to the C4 (based on the MR site descriptions) is the ability to add a bass "tilt" control and possibly a custom headphone jack. I wish my RM-5 had these features.
Putting aside the phono capability for now (though that is also a must), it seems that the C4 is more suited to being upgraded/tailored to my needs
(P.S. The ultimate for me would have all of the above, including an RM-10, in one box e.g. An integrated amp ... but that's another story).
