That's what I did with Tracey Thorn. Then, I found a copy from an Amazon Fulfillment seller on the Marketplace for $6.93 with Amazon Prime second-day delivery. Amazon Prime is a good deal for anyone that frequently purchases from Amazon; Tracey Thorn's album was my third Amazon purchase in 24 hours.

Kelly Sweet took some time to grow on me. After a while, I began to focus on her wonderful voice, however, rather than the musical genre. Dream On and Crush are my favorite tracks on the CD. I think that her cover of Dream On is great.

FedEx just delivered Tracey Thorn's Out of the Woods. Will listen when I get home.

For the old guys... from the mothball archives... listened to the remastered version tonight of Rough Mix by Peter Townsend/Ronnie Lane (cir. 1976/77?). I enjoyed it; sounded pretty good. A couple of real good tracks on there.

I think what these penny deals are referring to are used CD's. Most Amazon CDs also have a link to "also available from $X.XX" from these sellers... And then you'll see a list of CDs in various conditions for various prices. In some cases, for as little as a penny. You pay $2.98 for shipping and handling, but that's still a good deal, and I've bought MANY CDs from private sellers that way. If I'm wrong, somebody point me to the new cd's for a penny.

Swede is correct. You may purchase a used CD for $0.01 + $2.98 shipping. I recently purchased this used Beastie Boys CD for one cent, the Natalie Cole CD price is now $0.17. Demand will raise the price on Amazon.

I have purchased used CDs on Amazon but have never seen the $0.01 price. I will look for sure. By the way of the many Cds I purchased online I have yet to be disapointed untill last week. I ordered a Lyle Lovet >Josua ( something) and recieved the DTS surround sound version. Being surround sound was ok but there was no 2 channel . However something was wrong with the disc skipped. I let the seller know and they said to trash the cd and they would refund the money.

I have only had two problems with used CDs from Amazon marketplace. One time, a CD skipped but played fine after being cleaned. The other time, there wasn't a CD in the case. I received an empty case, and the seller refunded my money.
