This is a gorgeous home made prototype w/pre 1930 parts:
Havilland Gipsy Moth aeronautic engine, 4 cylinder 5.23L 98hp at 2100rpm
Modified Fiat 501 chassis and steering set up
1927 Buick gearbox and various 1929 Chrysler components

Nice  :D  Probably one of the most reliable Fiat's ever built.  :o
