The Making of Sargent Peppers

So it is Fundraising time here in Oregon for the Public Broadcast channel or OPB as we call it.

So the Feature show is a BBC release of the Making Of Sargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.

The approach for the show is what they had to over come due to the limited technology of the time and really the development of what would be new technology.

Here is a General Press release for the show.  Check Local Listings and set the DVR

I am currently trying to download the show from http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b08tb97f/sgt-peppers-musical-revolution-with-howard-goodall#

But looks like I am on the wrong side of the pond.

I've seen the documentary - very well worth watching, and puts into perspective what a ground breaking album it was.

Many use a VPN service for this very purpose.
PIA VPN can drop you right into London, for example.

Now my love affair with British Shows can grow. Thanks.

PBS in Tucson scheduled the Sgt. Pepper premiere on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 7:00 pm but I was out and missed it. Tucson's station is scheduled to re-broadcast Sgt. Pepper's Musical Revolution at 10:00 pm Sunday, June 11, 2017.

Check your local PBS station, they have their own schedule. You might get lucky.

When the pledge drive is over Sgt. Pepper's Musical Revolution will be streamed for free at pbs.org.

There's also a two series documentary 'Sgt Pepper Forever' on BBC Radio iPlayer.  I believe you may be able to listen to this outside the UK?
Haven't listened to this yet so can't comment on it.
