New to the forum and wanted to let you know that Toronto will be having it's 1st HiFi show.  I've heard that last time they had one was about a decade ago at Holiday Inn and it bombed.  I don't know why (I wasn't there) did anyone of you attended?  I think this time with Stereophile as sponsor and Montreal's Salon&Image being part of the show should make it more successful.  I'm going to check it out who else might think of going?     www.taveshow.com

I'm going to bring my wife up to Toronto for the weekend and stop by the show on Saturday to see what is there is of interest at TAVES.  We got a new house in Seattle and she won't let me set up my "black monoliths" - Magnepan MG 1.6s and MG 10s.  So I want to let her listen to some box-type speakers until she finds some she likes and then show her the price tag.  I don't think she'll relent though.  I am also looking for DACs...
