SOLD: MTM Seas Excel and 1" Accuton inverted dome

The sound is highly engaging... pinpoint imaging, non- fatiguing with lots of fine detail.  I've voiced them for musicality as well as revealing the speed and detail on the recording.  Drivers are the 4.5" Seas Excel W12CY and an Accuton 1" dome.  Crossover parts are soldered point to point with Clarity Cap ESA and air core inductors.  Resistors are by Mundorf, and wiring is by Supra.  They are finished in a lovely highly figured Anigre' veneer, which has a rich colorful appearance.  No speaker grills, but the tweeter has it built in already.  I think you'll really love these.   Amazing bass for such a compact speaker.

Size: 7"W X 15.25"H X 12.25" D
Frequency Response: 45hz-25khz
Impedance: 4ohm
Minimum Power Requirements: 25watt (tube) 50watt (ss).  We would give a number here, but so many in the industry inflate their numbers by about 6db, so it would not be comparing apples to apples.

Works great in a small to medium sized room... could even be used at a computer station.  Lots of possibilities and the price is very low.  This is for a pair.  Amazing bass for the size.

Thanks for the interest.

Features:

--Dual Seas W12CY magnesium woofers.  These are actually more expensive than the Seas W15CY, and they go just as low!  We use two to increase power handling.
--Accuton tweeter for a great match to the woofers that act like a true piston
--Point to point crossover wiring using Clarity Cap ESA capacitors throughout, Mundorf resistors, air core inductors!
--Custom aluminum engraved binding post plates with Cardas gold plated copper binding posts
--Custom curved front baffle to lower diffraction... this requires a custom jig

How can a speaker this compact product sound as big as a floorstander?  Contact us today and find out for yourself.
