Released on Tuesday. I Just picked this up at the B$M after listening to a couple of cuts. Is there anyone she can't play like? She's at the very least the very best woman Blues guitar player and there aren't many men who can cut her.

Too bass heavy, but the music is great.
She sounds like a Susan Tedeschi-lite to me. Her music is very good but her playing is a little light (plays like a girl?).
Her lyrics are good, but I don't believe her when she sings them.
I'd like to hear her do this same release 10 years and several hundred gallons of whiskey down the road.
But still, very good music. Easily recommended.

Anyway ...
On second listen to this Samantha Fish CD I'd like to drive over to the producer's home, ring the bell, and if he answers, invite him out onto the porch under the guise of wanting to discuss his decision to pump the bass level on this specific CD, then kick him square in the nuts so hard they turn blue for six months! WTF!? Are you friggin' deaf?!
Argh!!! This CD could be SO much more enjoyable without the bass twice as loud as it should be. Argh!!
