Want to upgrade from my Sapphire XLs.......NOT!
« on: 23 Jul 2007, 12:03 am »
It has been two years since my first tryst with the Sapphire XLs and the honeymoon still isn't over.  To me they still sing that siren song that initially enraptured me, and I have zero desire to upgrade.  Being satisfied is an emotion I am now learning to deal with. OK, I DID buy another pair of speakers since (Morel Octave 5.2s), but they serve bedroom system duty.  Oh, the life of a speaker bigamist.... :D

Well spoken . . . this is the kind of long-term satisfaction that is our goal. Thanks Ajay!

I know of all my gear, my Jags are the only pieces never contenders for being upgraded

I have to agree with you...

I have the Sapphires in my second system with some pretty spendy
components in front of them and I'm still incredibly impressed at how
much music these little speakers offer up!

One of the best values in hifi today!

(and Mike doesn't even pay me to say that!)
