"Don't Be Cruel/Hound Dog" by Elvis Prestley

Wow, that's 3 of us (I deleted the date to protect the others).

Do 78s count?

Edit. Tennessee Waltz, Patti Page

Aside from "Can't Help Falling In Love", never thought much of Elvis, either.

I wish I could make a sub-topic..."which bands are you still into from the decade you were born?"   For me, the list would be long, as it involves the 70's, Judas Priest, Gary Numan, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Stevie Wonder, Blood Sweat & Tears, Simon & Garfunkel (although, admittedly, not their greatest era), Neil Diamond, The Cars,....

And I wasn't even an Elvis fan!

How about the top movie(s) in the year you were born?
My all time favorite Sci-Fi movie was released the year I was born. They even named an amplifier (company) after the alien race mentioned in the movie!

Oops, it looks like I made a slight mistake. I went back and edited my post. Sorry.
Elvis is still in the house, though!
