Hello from the Detroit area
« on: 9 Oct 2017, 09:10 pm »
Hello all -

I've hung around Audiokarma for a few years, and posted a bit on some other audio-based sites, thought I'd see what AudioCircle was all about.

I'm in metro Detroit a good chunk of the time, up in northern Michigan quite a bit as well.

Current system is a Rega P5 w/ a DV20X2L into a Jolida Jd9 into a Primaluna EL34-based integrated which is driving a pair of Harbeth C7s. I'm pretty happy with how things are sounding... Piecing together a system right now for the place upstate. Starting with a Rogue Sphinx I just picked up on AK, thinking about connecting that to a pair of KEF LS50s...

Outside of listening to music, I ride bikes a lot. And design websites and stuff during the day.

Cheers,
Tom

Welcome Tom.   :thumb:

I live about 100 miles from downtown and attend meetings of a small audio club centered around Howell.

Ah, nice JLM — I'm in Royal Oak. I was getting out to the Brighton area and Lansing pretty often for work last year, so I'm sure I've spent some time in your neck of the woods...
