I have a Lampizator Big 7 Dac. I have a set of NU 45s that I mostly use. I also have the EML 45s, and I just purchased a set of KR PX4s. to make things fun/tricky I'm picking up a LIO DHT pre that also can use all those tubes.  It's not very practical but would it be best to have 2 sets of each? And go all NU or all KR? Where do I begin? Any suggestions other than random placing?

I often find two of the same tubes in different stages to be less pleasing.  Like I don't love my 10Y preamp going to my amp that has 10y as its driver tube. I cannot explain why really other than the sound is better if I go 01A to 10y.  That said, I prefer the 10y pre in other situations.
