I don't know if it was obvious in my post but the Hagerman design
is fairly generic and the design of the Felix will most likely provide you with a better performing filter as Paul Kaplan has adjusted/tweaked the values for superior common mode noise attenuation, etc...
I personally don't see a reason to build the Hagerman unit which uses off the shelf modules when the Felix and Felicia are available. Measurements and such should be available when digging through the archival links above to see how well the Felix and Felicia perform.
I would build either a Felix specifically for each audio component you desire or have one box with several Felix filters. Examples of such are in the links above. If you want to experiment with balanced power filtration, then the Felicia is an option. Commercial examples include Transcendent, BPT,etc...the Transcendent is available DIY and prebuilt along with the BPT which is prebuilt.
If this is in over your head, I suggest you start off slow and reread the above links.
That being said, if you insist on building Hagerman's conditioner, the power line filter module (for various currents) are available here:
