I bought this amp from the original owner who did a meticulous job putting it together. The amp sounds very good, but it's 15wpc is not quite enough power for my full size Ulysses speakers. I always wanted to try an OTL amp and this one fit the bill without having to spend big money that some other OTL amps command. The amp is in great condition and all 8 EL509 tubes are new with low hours. Please see the link below for more information.

Bump. If someone local is looking to put together a great low powered system, I am going to pair this amp with a pair of Omega Outlaw 1.5 open back speakers. These use a pair of the the RS5 drivers, one in a ported box and the other in an open baffle setup. The speakers are 98db efficient and are a great match with the above amplifier. The also come with a nice pair of sand filled stands. This combo new would sell for $2795, I will let this combo go for $800.

I've had a couple of people ask questions about the speakers.

Yes, that is a small chip in the bottom right corner. Other than that, the speakers are mint.
The speakers do come with black magnetic grills, but they do not cover the chip.
I would also do a local sale of the speakers and stands for $300.
