I've got a lovely John Blue JB3 speaker pair available in black. Rated conservatively at 8/10.
Beautiful upper end clarity to this thing with a great sense of air. Front ported, so it's not bad right up against the wall. I tried these in various placements like desktop/nearfield (they prefer stands in this application), but felt they sounded sounded best at midroom distances with an almost horn like quality to them but without the blare.

I'm not entirely convinced I want to part with these as I do feel they are spectacular in their size class, but as with all things in this hobby... curiosity nibbles at my brain. My current buzzwords du jour are coaxial and acoustic suspension, if anyone has any interest trades to offer. I'm also a headphones and pro audio guy, if you have anything in that realm.
