I think next week I'll spin a few Living Presence LPs in her memory.  I'd do it this weekend, but I'm away...

I had been a fan of her and her husband and their whole recording crew for years. My weekly listening seems to always gravitate back to their recordings, either to listen or to compare theirs to newer takes.

She was a true pioneer in the field and a woman to boot. She was among the very best and will be sorely missed!

Not many become so legendary within their own lifetime.
A visionary.

Her (and her husband's) recordings for Mercury were an inspiration and a reference for me when I started recording, and I still enjoy them as much as when I first heard them.
