I posted previously elsewhere but I think it's important to also post here.
The website www.melodyamplifier.com is NOT official Melody website.
It is of Pacetech, a distributor/dealer from Italy.
We have had a lot of people from Europe and Canada as well as South America who thought it's Melody.
Furthermore, according to those people, Pacetech had misrepresented themselves as the owner of Melody and so they ordered from Pacetech then had a hard time getting products delivered.
We are currently working to help a gentleman from Argentina to either get the product delivered or his money back.
I hate to say it but it got all of the familiar unprofessional tactics; sweet talked you into ordering and then stopped answering emails once the money changed hands. :(
Please do NOT order from them.
Thanks,
Hugh

Thank you, Hugh, for the heads up! Always appreciate a warning about those "potholes" in the audio road.

Thank you Jake.
We all need to look out for each other.

What is the official website?

I believe the official site for us in the US is: http://angelcityaudio.com/ (http://angelcityaudio.com/). Perhaps for North America or even the entire world!
My Googling did not find an Asian based website and the old url of www.melodyhifi.com is dead (or more accurately is a domain that is up for sale).

No, it's not; thus Hugh's post. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page you posted and note 'Pacetech'.

Nicely done, sir! Thank you.

That other site in Australia is a distributor site as well, I believe. I don't know what their track record is, but we've definitely heard some negative about Pacetech specifically.
The Chinese site is a nice enough place to look at pictures, but Melody doesn't sell through that site, and doesn't generally answer email either. It's just a showcase for their Chinese market customers. They have a substantial brick & mortar presence in that part of the world, so there's not really any Internet direct effort. Also, many of the products we sell in the US & Canada are slightly different as Melody frequently tweaks for specific markets, so you may not see the correct specs or descriptions for a US-model amp there. As far as Melody is concerned, ACA is the official representation for them in North America, so they don't much bother themselves with customer-facing information.

Tim is correct.
Thanks for posting Tim.

It is created by Pacetech and that's why it confused people into thinking they are Melody.
Furthermore, they never bother to tell people they are just Melody distributor/dealer in Italy.
Thanks,

The situation concerning Onix is a totally different story.
