Hi Dan,

Wow, that's really bad. So for now, you have nothing to drive your speakers with? It still won't power up?

Fingers crossed for you.  :banghead:

I have more than one system, the other is also Bryston 4BSST2/BP-26 and W4S DAC2 driving a pair of Dynaudio S1.4.
The failed Bryston is my main unit driving a pair of Dynaudio Focus 380.

Hi James,

I sent my 4BSST2 for repair here in Sydney (faulty soft start PS board) under your dealer warranty.
After a month with the repair shop, I made a follow-up why it takes forever to get it fixed, and they are blaming the dealer and the dealer is blaming Bryston for being slow in sending the parts. Is there anything you could do to improve the service?
I never had a good experience with your dealer here in Australia, always a headache to deal with, a poor customer service. :duh:
Thank you.

Regards
