Congrats on the review Dusty, I hope you are going to RMAF. I last heard the original D500 there in 2008. Is the new D500 mk2 different than that original D500?

The D-500's at 08 RMAF were pre-production prototypes... the production model has a few further refinements.

Unfortunately, I won't be at RMAF this year as it falls on my 10th wedding anniversary. If I was to go, there probably wouldn't be an 11th 

There will probably be other manufacturers using our amps to demo their loudspeakers.
I'll post more info when I get all the details.

I made a leap and bought the original D200's, based on Greg Weaver's review, and comparison to a Spectron Musician II, which I owned at the time. Greg's observations and comparisons were spot on, and I've been enjoying the D200's ever since.  After reading this recent review, I have no doubt the D200 mk. II's would be an enjoyable and significant upgrade. Congratulations Dusty, I look forward to trialing a pair of your new mono blocks.

Not only my 10th wedding anniversary, but we will also be celebrating our 15th year at CIAudio in January!

RMAF is my favorite show and I'll miss being there.
