We have had a few emails with inquiries about the possibilities available with the Basis linestages. Please post your questions, comments here in the future for everyone to see.

Some of the popular questions are about the chassis and how it can be configured. The pieces pictured above are constructed of Baltic Birch Ply and then covered in a 1/8" thick solid Mahogany with Quilted Maple (the Chrry unit is real wood veneer).

 The options are endless. If you have a wood combination your prefer, just let us know and we will see what we can do to meet your request. We do prefer to use thin wood over the Baltic Birch to maintain the sonic signature of the Basis preamp.The only full hardwood panel we can use is for the front panel. Of course, many real wood veneer options are also available,.

For those who do not want a split chassis design, the Basis is available in a single chassis of either 15" or 17" width.
