I'm finally going to let this wonderful Pre. go to a new home. This is the one piece of gear I just haven't been able to sell. The sonics are so involving and lush but with loads of detail. This SE has the very rare HT bypass so you can use your same speakers for both surround and 2 channel. Only a few of these were ever made with the bypass and only on request. It also has a remote with volume and balance control. This amp is just below the top of the line amp that Judd made in memory of his late wife, the Marianne Electra Memorial Edition. I've been told this amp comes very close because it has the same V-Caps in it which makes the amp so special. This amp was completely rebuilt by Judd Barbar himself a few years ago. There was a problem with one channel of the board and we just couldn't find it. Being the man he is, he emailed me and told me he was going to build me a brand new one from scratch and that's what he did. He also replaced all of the tubes with brand new ones at the same time. It has worked perfectly ever since. I'm asking $2900.00 $2700.00 $2600.00 $2500.00for it shipped to your door, only to CONUS sorry. The owner of Signature Sound who does all of the repairs on these now since Judd has retired said I should get $3100.00 for it plus shipping. Bought a nice used VTL pre instead.
