I actually did look down the hole. I got a few friends together plus my 16 year old daughter who never uses in ear plugs to sit in and listen. Tested were a Nordost RedDawn (because that is used throughout my system), a standard issue $ 1.50 cable, a Furutech and an Inakustik.
Cables were switched without us listeners knowing which we listened to. The music listened to was always the same.
Final conclusion: no difference.
I politely disagree, I know what I heard.  Micro C cord even sounded better zero doubts

I would assume that if a hi- end audio system's SQ changes a lot because of one cable being changed, then the system's components are flawed.....?
the USB on the BDA-3 is that good not that the others are flawed.
