Hi there!

I just received a pair of used Super 3 BPC without any manual. Can anyone explain how the different configurations (i.e. 4, 8 or 16 ohm - dipole, bipole, monopole etc) are achieved?

Did the speakers come with the jumper wires?

There were no jumper wires, only 2 "pieces of gold" to connect the upper and lower pair of connections...

EDIT: Sorry, on second read the thread I pointed to was not very instructive. 

What I know about my Super 3 Bipoles is if I connect the binding posts with the jumpers from + to + and - to -, the speaker is in bipole config.  If I cross the jumpers to the binding posts, then the speaker is in dipole config. Remove the jumpers and the speaker is in monopole config.

I believe bipole and dipole modes are 4 Ohm and monopole is 8 Ohm.

There is also a 16 ohm bipole mode. One jumper is used to connect the positive posts. Only one jumper is used. It connects one negative post diagonally to one positive post. The remaining posts are connected to their respective speaker wires.
