It has come to my attention that I did not state strongly enough in the installation manual for the Adapt Rectangle that the space between the wall and the edge of the Rectangle should be no more than finger width or 0.5" on both sides. This is critical. If the space is more than 0.5" the product is not working properly. I encourage anyone who has Rectangles installed, especially horizontally, to check this distance and adjust the product in its mounting bracket.
