I've sold a Pioneer PD-65 CD deck and the new owner wants me to ship it to him. I've looked online but can find no information on securing the platform, deck or laser mechanism prior to shipping. I know many decks have a TRANSPORT STABILIZER SCREW, usually on the underside of the deck you must remove before use and re-install if it is to be shipped. As great as this unit is, I certainly don't want to ruin it for failing to adequately prepare it for shipping. Does anyone have any information specific to this model? Thanks in advance.
