George,

Take a look at just about any professional players' wives (especially baseball). They're pretty much all really beautiful.

Yep, nice event, more optimism about sharing the world than we'll ever get from politicians. Pity the TV coverage has to keep cutting to the US athletes chanting 'USA' into the camera though, I don't care for it on this occasion.

The cycling road race that is currently on going is already exciting. It will be even better when they hit the climbs in a while. Very beautiful course, but hoping everyone will stay safe.

Wow! What a race. The road race had a lot of twists and turns. Exciting to the end. Hope the riders who crashed didnt get injured too bad.

Btw: If you are not restricted by your location, watch other events by streaming from BBC. Shows the whole thing without jumping back and forth between different sports. Plus, the best part: No commercial breaks

I only watch some sports, like gymnastics during the Olympics.

Didn't realize how dominate the US Women are, until I watched them last night.

Sad part is the 3rd best gymnast in the world is not going to complete in the all around finals because she's from the US, and each country can only send two people to each event.  Top three were Americans.

Another sad moment was watching the end of woman's road race, where the American was leading until the last 100 yards and came in 4th.

Big day for the US.  :thumb:

Woman's gymnastics dominated and blew away the competition for a 2nd consecutive team gold - BEST WOMAN's TEAM EVER!!!

Katie Ledecky won the 200 freestyle and now is 14 for 14 in major international competition.

Michael Phelps just won the 200 fly for his 20th gold medal.  He also became the oldest swimmer to get a gold in an individual event.

Go USA!!!

She is great and big congratulations to her success, but it was so close that Sarah Sjöström took her 2nd Gold of the game. Silver is still great. Go Sweden  :thumb: :D

What an amazing athlete.  :thumb: That's is beyond impressive. I just wished he didn't have to look so angry all the time. Perhaps it's only his laser focus, but still, no smile when winning a gold?
