Welcome Rony, obviously 24/192 is better than 24/96.

The image looks quite different to me.
There are comparison conditions?
The recording/song is the same?

A way to compare is by the file data size, 192 must be quite more bigger than 96.

yes that songs are same, maybe different recording

Please note:
FLAC 24/96 use 61.3 Mb per 5 minutes
FLAC 24/192 use 195Mb per 5 minutes

FLAC sizes can vary greatly depending on music dynamics, conversion tool used, what format the file was converted from and level of compression used.

Welcome - there are websites that can sometimes help - e.g.   http://dr.loudness-war.info/album/list?artist=nirvana&album=unplugged 

If you have a program like Foobar and the music you can do analysis such as above
