Lets throw a few more out there. Steve Miller Band, The Doobie Brothers, ZZ Top, Kansas, and a band leader from my home town Gainesville that I have been following since 1964, Tom Petty,  and later Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers

ZZ Top, Kansas, and Little Feat are all good calls.  Haven't listened to them in quite a while as all my music of these fine bands is on vinyl and I need a phono stage to enjoy that medium.
