is the upgrade from omega 111 to omega star worth the $? i have two omega 111 amps that i really like, how audible are  the differences? thank you

Hi:

The OmegaStar amps are a major improvement over any of the previous Omega series.  With this new design we have dramatically increased the transparency and definition. We have improved the dynamics, improved the bottom end, and further reduced the brightness.  The slew rate (speed) of the new OmegaStar is three times faster than the Omega III series.  The bandwidth of the amplifier is also fantastic.  We feel the upgrade from the Omega III is an excellent value.
