Kondo-San of Audio Note Japan passes away at CES

Below is a link to the 6-Moons report stating that Kondo-San, founder of Audio Note Japan passed away in his sleep while attending CES 2006.

I, for one, feel he was one the best designers in the world. He will be missed by many.

Wow passing away in his sleep at CES! What a way to go!! I bet he had a smile on his face.

I saw him at CES, perhaps on his last day. He was wearing a breathing mask and looked weak. He is gone but certainly not forgotten. The demo system included a pair of Gaku-Ons and sounded wonderful, as it should have.
