The video quality on available String Cheese DVD's is only fair.  There was a hi-res video of Red Rocks 2007 which as yet has only been shown in theaters 

Don't forget livecheese.com if you just want more music than you can easily listen to, all shows since 2010 also available in 24/48.  And archive.org for SBD's prior to 2002.
