I need to make room and this very nice sounding streamer needs to go to a new home. I have used it in my main system and at work, but now I do not have a place to use it. I have room Max2Play, PiCorePlayer, and Volumio as a standalone server and streamer. I have used it as an endpoint, all with no problem. The Raspberry Pi 2 is powerful enough to handle load. I have never had a wireless problem using the WiFi adapter.
The Pi-Case+ is mat black with normal wear and tear. The power supply was originally part of a Bolder Cable Company Squeezebox system. It has 20000uF of capacitance with 2 Sonic Craft bypass caps. The the orignial case was replaced so that a USB cable could be used. The openings are hand cut, so the USB and power inlet are not as clean as they could be and the case has normal wear and tear. The power supply works great and I have never had a problem with it. It is an improvement over the standard wallwart.
