Sorry, I thought I answered this, but must have forgot to press "post".

The NEW sub is different in size than either the Dedicated or the Smaller, but retains the same performance.

I think actually we may call it the NEW Smaller, since it is not actually "dedicated" to the QSO 626 any longer.

It was originally called the "Dedicated" since it was designed to "look" like the QSO 626 (with rounded edges) and its height was boosted up so that it could act as a "stand" for the 626.  This is why it was called Dedicated.

The New SUb is also better braced internally, but limited to Satin Black.

It still makes a nice companion to the 626jr, but is no longer Dedicated to it.

It can also be ordered with the 1000w amp installed  ($399) for some incredibly tight bass.
