I don't know if this as been discussed here before, but I just noticed these downloads today so I grabbed them because the price was discounted.  I would recommend avoiding both of them as they are badly compressed and have tons of clipped samples.  The CD releases are much better with no clipping.

Thanks for the update.  Always appreciate it.  I have Odelay on CD and Guero on DVD-A (and they don't have wide dynamic range - http://dr.loudness-war.info/album/list?artist=beck&album=guero).

Agree - I also bought the download of Morning Phase but it is just OK.

I just picked up the import Odelay on 180gm vinyl and it sounds great. Too bad the digital versions didn't get the love they deserve.  :|

Looks like it - not home and I keep discs in a closet as I use file playback - have the file for many years
