Title: Interesting and informative conversation on analog and digital recordings

I listen to NPR's All Songs Considered podcast, and yesterday's podcast interviewed Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine discussing, in-depth, the technical and artistic challenges he faced in recording and recently remastering Loveless. For me it was very informative about the technology behind the recording process, and the choices made for analog and digital recording, editing, and mastering.
