This is the second generation of the Arcam DR dock (I don't recall the differences between this and the first gen unit except for improved sound quality.
This dock works with an Apple 30-pin connector (or lightning with included adaptors.
Outputs include 2 RCA analog, 1 spdif digital, and 1 HDMI (not sure which revision.) Oh, I think that this dock also has a USB output as well.
Comes with all necessary cabling, power supply, original cables, plus the extra adaptors, including a 30-pin to 30-pin adaptor to let you place your IOS device away from the base unit -- lightning adaptor will work with this too.
Unit is in excellent working condition. I am the original owner and this unit served me well for many years using an iFi iDAC and iCan headphone amp -- very nice system for my nightstand, but could also be right at home on a desktop system. $75 includes shipping in lower 48 and I'll cover PP fees.
