If you're wanting just a good/bad readout and overall output figure I can help.  If you're looking to match plates I don't have the equipment.

Pardon my ignorance, but if I use your simplified method, will I be able to call the tubes that pass "tested and good"?

In the meantime, I found a guy in Nashua, NH who has a testing rig. Thanks

Sorry to take so long to get back to you.  If the NH thing doesn't work out, let me know.

You could call them "tested and good" but you could not call them "matched".
