I tried emailing the info@ but bounced.

Are you offering assembled versions with master/slave?

I would like to buy or build one with (1) Balanced input and (2) SE outputs.

thanks!
Jon

Hi Jon,

I need a clearer picture of what you're looking for and what you mean by assembled.

The LDR3x boards are sold populated except for the IR receiver which you can solder into the board or located external to the board (probably on your enclosure's front panel). We currently don't have a finished LDR preamp product that accommodates balanced inputs/outputs but the DIY LDR3x board can handle balanced signals when purchased as a master/slave set.

Deriving SE outputs from a balanced preamp is best done either via transformers or active circuitry. Otherwise your only choice is to take the output from the + phase of the 2 balanced output phases. Doable but you lose half the signal strength.

Cheers,
Morten
